- Go to your settings and click on “Delete account” at the bottom. When you delete your account, it's gone forever. There is no way to retrieve your account or undo. Consider pausing your account if you just want a break.

- How do I cancel my pro subscription?
- Our subscriptions are managed by the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. To cancel your subscription, go through them.
- Why do matches expire?
- We want to encourage active use of the app. Expired matches help keep your match pool fresh. The point of INNI is not to collect matches like Pokemon. But don't worry. When a match expires, it doesn't mean they're gone forever. You can see them in discovery again.
- How do you compute compatibility?
- This is our secret sauce and what we've spent over a decade researching. We wont give away the details, but let's just say it's not just similarity.
- We take into account what makes couples click. Sometime that means they're different, sometimes similar, and sometimes complementary.
- What are transparency requirements?
- INNI is all about authenticity and transparency. We don't want a highlight reel of your life. We want the real you. And that goes beyond just our assessment. We don't allow photo filters, AI-enhanced photos, or AI-written bios. Visit our transparency requirements here.
