Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a contract between you andDimensional Interactive Inc. (“Dimensional,” “we,” “us,” “our”) governing your use of INNI. By creating an account or using INNI, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you don't agree, don't use INNI.

1) Eligibility & your account

  • 18+ only: You must be at least 18 years old.
  • Global availability: INNI is available worldwide, but features and content may vary by region. We can't guarantee the supply of LGBTQ+ users in your area.
  • Verification: Avalid phone number is required to sign up. You may add Apple or Google as backup sign-in methods.
  • Keep backups updated: If you change your phone number anddon't have Apple/Google as a backup,you may permanently lose access to your account and we may not be able to recover it.
  • Your responsibility: You're responsible for any activity on your account. Don't share verification codes or let others use your account.

2) Using INNI

  • Purpose: INNI is for personal, non-commercial use to discover and chat with potential matches.
  • Pause: You canpause your account. While paused, your profilewon't be shown to new prospects, but existing matches can still message you. You may still connect byQR code or username you share manually.
  • AI features: We use AI to generate prompts and analyze compatibility in chats.Both participants in a chat can see AI responses. AI may be wrong—use your judgment.
  • No guarantees: We don't guarantee any matches, dates, or outcomes.

3) Subscriptions, purchases, and refunds

  • INNI Pro: We offer monthly, 3‑month, and 6‑month subscriptions with additional features (details shown in-app).
  • App store billing only: Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Their terms apply.
  • Auto-renewal: Subscriptions auto-renew until you cancel in your Apple/Google settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds: Refund requests must be made through the App Store or Play Store and are subject to their policies. We generally can't issue refunds directly.
  • Paused accounts & bans: Pausing doesn't stop billing. If your account is banned for policy violations, you may lose access to remaining time and purchases subject to app store policies.

4) Community & content rules

To keep INNI safe and authentic, you agree not to:

  • Post or send: nudity or pornography; overly sexual content; harassment, bullying, threats; hate speech; violent or illegal content.
  • Impersonate or deceive: fake identities, misrepresentations, AI‑enhanced or heavily altered photos that change your real appearance; catfishing; deepfakes.
  • Spam or scam: unsolicited promos, phishing, link farming, fraud.
  • Break laws: solicit illegal services, exploit minors, or encourage criminal activity.
  • Scrape or reverse-engineer: don't access INNI via bots, crawlers, or unauthorized means.

We may remove content,restrict features, orban accounts at our discretionif we believe these Terms or our policies are violated.

5) Your content & rights you grant us

  • You own your content: You retain rights to photos, videos, bios, prompts, and messages you upload or create.
  • License to operate the service: You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, modify (e.g., compress/resize), display, and distribute your content within INNI for the purpose of operating and improving the service (e.g., showing your profile, enabling matches, content moderation, backups).
  • Publicity uses: We won't use your profile photos or private messages in ads or external marketing without your separate, explicit consent.
  • Feedback: If you give us ideas or suggestions, you agree we can use them without restriction or payment.

6) Safety; your interactions with others

  • No background checks: INNI does not conduct criminal background checks. Use caution when interacting with people you don't know.
  • Your responsibility: You're solely responsible for your communications and offline meetings. Meet in public places and tell a friend where you're going.
  • Reporting: You can report users or content in-app. We may cooperate with law enforcement where legally required.

7) Intellectual property; app license

  • Our IP: INNI, including its logo, designs, text, graphics, code, algorithms, and content (excluding your content), is owned by Dimensional and licensed to you.
  • Your license: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use INNI for personal, lawful purposes in accordance with these Terms.

8) AI & automated decision-making

  • Compatibilities & prompts: We use algorithms (including AI) to compute compatibility scores, generate prompts, and surface potential matches.
  • Limitations: AI may be inaccurate or biased, and content is provided for information and entertainment. Don't rely on AI for medical, legal, or safety-critical decisions.

9) Privacy

Your use of INNI is also governed by the INNI Privacy Policy (above). It explains what we collect and how we use it, including our use of precise location (with permission) and sensitive data (sexual orientation, relationship preferences) to power matching features.

10) Enforcement & termination

  • You may delete your account at any time in the app.
  • We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if we believe you violated these Terms or our policies, created risk or legal exposure for us or others, or for operational reasons.
  • Upon termination, your license ends, and you must stop using INNI. Sections that by their nature should survive (e.g., disclaimers, limitations of liability, dispute resolution) will survive.

11) Disclaimers

  • AS IS: INNI is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including about accuracy, reliability, or availability.
  • No guarantees: We don't guarantee any matches, dates, or outcomes, and we don't control user behavior.

12) Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Dimensional will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or profits.
  • Our aggregate liability for any claims relating to INNI will not exceed the greater of (a) amounts you paid for INNI Pro in the 12 months before the claim or (b) CAD $100.

Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations; in that case, those limits apply only to the extent permitted.

13) Dispute resolution; governing law

  • These Terms and any disputes are governed by the laws of Ontario and Canada, without regard to conflict of laws rules.
  • Exclusive jurisdiction and venue: You agree to resolve any claims exclusively in the provincial or federal courts located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

14) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you in-app and update the “Last updated” date. If changes materially affect your rights, we'll provide additional notice as required by law. Your continued use of INNI after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
